Having support for your downloaded/purchased item means that the author – us will be available to you, the buyer, to iron-out any potential issues you have in using the item. This page will tell you all about what you can expect from us.

Many support queries and technical questions will already be answered in supporting documentation such as FAQ’s and comments from previous buyers. So firstly, please check the documentation first. Your question might have been answered already. If it hasn’t, please submit a ticket.

What's included in item support

The Item Support Period

For free items (such as, LearnPress plugin, Review addon, Wishlist addon…) the support time is lifetime.

For paid items (such as, Certificate addon, WooCommerce addon, Eduma theme…) then a supported item includes support for 6 months from the purchase date. During those 6 months, we are expected to be available to provide the item support services we’ve set out on this page. Response times by us can vary depending on the volume of inquiries, the nature of the request, and whether questions have already been answered or support has already been provided (see ‘fair-use’ later on).

What Our Support Covers

We only provide support for our products only.

  • Known bugs and issues
  • We DO NOT provide support for Customizations

We offer our products as is. We do not customize our products or provide support for any 3rd party customization of our products. We also do not provide support if our plugin is not functioning properly because of any other 3rd party plugin which you are using. However, in the case of such confusion, we will test the conflicting plugin for compatibility if notified before the purchase.
